They sent me a used item
The item came in a box that appeared to have been previously opened and sealed with tape. The iron had signs of use and some wear, which didn't suit me at all. Paid and ordered a new iron. So why they sent me used ones is beyond me. The water from the previous steaming also remained. I wonder if it was defective but can't know now. I just got that too. Not lightweight either. I've had previous irons but this is on the big side. Just one thing to note if you want something smaller. Not impressed.
