👕 Chrome Over-The-Door/Wall-Mount Ironing Board Holder by Simple Houseware: Simplifying Ironing and Storage Review

My iron has a split base/heel so I needed a bracket that would allow the handle to hold the iron. And I wanted to include a spray bottle and starch in the holder. And viola! It does everything. I've never seen one that fits all 3 plus my iron's special needs! I now iron all the time on the ironing board and not on the bed because it's so convenient.

I'm "cleaning up" and need a place to put my iron, ironing board and accessories. It was easy to assemble with a Phillips screwdriver in less than 10 minutes. My Y-foot ironing board fits perfectly, as does my iron, water bottle and there is room for starch. When you slam the door it rocks, but at this price point. Don't slam the door. I am very happy. I paired it with a soft ironing board cover that I also bought from Revain.

My Hamilton Beach 19901 iron did not fit properly in this bracket. In fact, he won't sit all the way to the bottom of the cradle. It ties at its widest point before sitting on the base of the cradle. I solved this problem by putting a 1 foot piece of styrofoam in the bottom of the basket. I just didn't want the hassle of collecting everything for a refund. Some wonder if it will hold boards with V-legs. It happens, but rarely. There are no problems when assembling, the quality is as expected.

Bought this product to reveal the side of the fridge where I originally kept my ironing board. It now hangs above my hallway. closet door and I love the look of it. The storage space is big enough for my iron and now I don't have to worry about folding the ironing cords (I don't have retractable ironing cords). Now I can just hide the cords nicely on the side of the iron without damaging them which usually results in a defect, great product is recommended.

This product meets my needs very well. I was planning to use it on the back of a bedroom door and used the measurements in the description to verify the width of the door before ordering. I also used measurements to make sure the board wasn't hanging too low. The product was easy to assemble, only required a screwdriver for four screws and then just hung over the door. I hung my board on the Y-legs and was happy to confirm that it raised the floor a few inches. I also confirmed that I can close

I really like this trolley but unlike others I didn't buy it to store an ironing board. I actually bought it to store all my styling tools after I couldn't find anything big or strong enough for the job. This trolley has space for 2 hair dryers and 3 irons, with space for more. I hung it over the bathroom door with no problem. Just out of curiosity I've tried hanging my ironing board on this (from Costco and with an ironing stand on one end) and it fits like a glove so I'll be ordering another…

Customers should note the location of the latch that keeps the legs closed on the ironing board. My ironing board had a latch on the back where the shelf was. So I could only get past the ironing board from above or from my nose. This put too much stress on the latch and the legs kept extending and the ironing board opening while it was still hanging. I removed the shelf at the back and started hanging the ironing board by the wide or back end. This allowed the ironing board to remain fixed…
