This is a gem of a kitchen tool. My first test was with a chai latte - nothing beats enjoying it in your own favorite cup. It only took a few seconds for the latte to become so airy. The taste was great too. I would recommend starting at a lower speed (3000rpm) and placing the mug next to or in the kitchen sink in case some liquid spills. The second time I left an inch on the top of the vortex cup and tried a higher speed (11000 rpm). Used it about twenty times on a single charge, very happy with the purchase. The tool is well built making it easy to clean and easy to carry. It pays for itself within a week.
