Edit: I will leave my previous review below but the seller contacted me and resolved the issue. Also, I'm pretty sure the noise-cancellation in the list title refers to the noise-cancelling properties of microphones, not ANC. Aside from the connectivity issues, the headphones are great too. They are small and light and come with a variety of ear tips. The sound is appealing (maybe a bit bloated at low frequencies, but nothing major), and Aptx makes the sound even clearer in the headphones. The case is small and doesn't open by itself (and can be charged wirelessly). The battery life is as stated. I would still recommend them as the seller's customer service was great, I think I just got a bad pair. First Review: They sound great and feature rich (IP waterproof, wireless charging, mono mode) but there are a few things that spoil the experience so I'm bringing them back. The sound changes every time you connect Bluetooth, sometimes it's too quiet even at maximum volume, and sometimes it sounds normal. Every time you connect, the audio jumps in volume and becomes static and out of sync. Both issues are resolved after you pop the earbuds back in and out of the case, but that annoys me enough to use another pair. Also the list mentions noise cancellation but the manual doesn't mention it and if there is active noise cancellation I don't notice it/don't know how to turn it on.
