Helps with Anxiety

I have major anxiety and I told someone I like how the LED apron feels when taking X-rays at the dentist. They told me to look for a small weighted blanket. It was exactly what I wanted and it works wonders to calm and soothe me. I also love the drawing on it. I know it's for kids, but it works well for adults too.
