I bought this hat for my 4 year old daughter thinking it would be too big for her or at least close to her but when it arrived the hat was too big. Even with the adjustments, he would look sleek on her. This hat easily fit my 5ft 4in wife. I think the quality is good and the appearance is beautiful and charming for a little kid, but the size was a little smaller. Maybe this is a good hat for teenagers? I took from the star as it just didn't come close to meeting our expectations although the quality and the hat itself are good and acceptable.
