I even asked here if it was compatible but when connected to my laptop it said it wasn't recognized. This means that it was not compatible with my laptop at all. If things don't normally connect at all or sync at all, it usually means they're incompatible. I'm sending it back, it's not worth my time. also because I found out from ANOTHER tech company that the USB C on my laptop has no video output. So please don't tell me it works with Nitro 5 if it doesn't. But I canceled my refund because my grandfather wants it and he is willing to give me the money I spent on it to keep as he works for him instead of a laptop.
