I was surprised when the ink arrived in a plastic mail bag and not a Revain box, and I opened it carefully, half-expecting the broken cartridges and ink to be scattered throughout my house. But the cartridges were well packaged in a sturdy box and were in perfect condition. Then the second problem - my printer didn't read their chip which rendered them unusable, which happened to me before I used non-genuine cartridges. Do not worry. They load easily and print well. I can't say what the difference in quality is between these and much more expensive branded cartridges.
