I was so excited to get this product but when it arrived and I actually tried it I was very disappointed. I read the instructions, put in the batteries and flipped the switch. If I put a coin on the little button and press it, nothing happens. The most that will happen is that you will hear the panda say hello, but it will never jump out. :( so disappointed, wondering if I'm doing something wrong? I've attached a video. Update: I've messaged the seller to see if I could return it in exchange for a working one, but all, what i got was a refund :( i was hoping they would send me a replacement.
