I have thin, fairly long hair (about mid-back). Because it gets so long, it also gets more damage from the middle of the stem to the ends. I wanted to try to avoid heat as much as possible to avoid further damage. I love my hair when it's curly and have tried other non-heat curling methods such as the sock method which worked well but was very uncomfortable when sleeping. SOOOOO glad I found this. It's so easy and quick to use and it's also comfortable to sleep on, so I can literally fall asleep and wake up the next morning without my hair done and it looks perfect! I also like that it's made for longer lengths as I've found that the longer the hair, the harder it is to curl it. This piece gives me exactly the curls I want with lots of volume and bounce. 100% recommended!
