I'm not postpartum. I have diastasis rectus abdominis from 2 pregnancies 30 and 27 years ago. I never cared. I have recently had back problems that were directly related to diastasis rectus abdominis. I only use the belly and waist elastic. During use, I do isometric exercises, and then when holding, I carry all the abs. After the first day it felt like I had worked several hours. I noticed a very noticeable difference in one week. While I know this will not cure my problem, it will help until I can save up for surgery as cosmetic surgery is not considered covered by insurance.
