Wrong cartridge in the box

I opened what I believe to be a brand new cyan cartridge. The inner plastic packaging was torn and contained a black cartridge instead of a cyan cartridge. The outer box was fine so I can't figure out how it happened. The backup will be here the day before the meeting I'm preparing handouts for, so I'll either have to drive the 120 miles round trip to the stationery store or spend the day printing, printing, printing. I am extremely disappointed.
