Nice little heater if you want to toast your feet under your desk from home. It helped me get through the winter, spring and summer when we had over 100 degree weather, I also became a bit of a fan. My feet felt a bit chilly which was nice. But about 3 months ago when I turned it on it started to rumble. It actually didn't turn on, but then it turned on and rattled. I knew it was a death rattle because it didn't sound very good. It wasn't a subtle knock. A few days ago I started feeling like autumn and I got cold. So I turned on the heater and waited for a pause, a crunching noise, but then it came on. nope Nothing, and almost immediately I could smell burning wires. I couldn't get it out of the wall fast enough and it flew into the trash.
