Bad experience! - braces, splints and supports

product not as described. I ordered for my father who suffers from excessive swelling in both legs. The first time I ordered 6xl and received 4xl. The support rep told me they didn't have the 6XL when the company announced it. I then ordered 5xl but the size was so so small probably good for a teen or skinny adult. Please don't waste your money, you will have the same experience as me. Many Thanks.
