Review on 🎧 Jaybird RUN XT True Wireless Headphones: Unmatched Performance in Black/Flash by Keerthi Forrest

I have been a loyal Jaybird user for years and have always found this to be a quality product. I still think they are good quality, but the problem I had with these Run XTs was that I couldn't program them to my needs. All I wanted was for them to let me pause the music, click to play the next or previous track, and turn the volume up or down. You won't even do these simple things. I checked the internet and finally called and spoke to tech support and the guy I spoke to said I was right they wouldn't do any of those things. He said it was a software issue and if I wanted to be able to do them I would have to upgrade to the newer Vista 2. Well that was a deal breaker for me so I returned them! Vista 2 and soon found that while they did what I wanted, they also had a proprietary earcup and wing combo that appears to be only available from Jaybird. It was unacceptable because I like the feel and fit of the memory foam earbuds, so it was a departure from this model. One more thing about Run XT: The overall sound and the app that manages the sound are excellent! The music sounds great, crystal clear, and it's even fully customizable, which I think is a great feature. I'm still a fan of Jaybird, but I'll look at other options for now.
