I have bought this item 3 times. I wanted to like it because it's amazing when it works! The first worked until the connector that connects the USB cable to the device somehow became loose and you couldn't hear the rattling inside anymore. Since we couldn't charge it, it stopped working. The second one we bought had a charging problem. We plugged it in, the device turned red to indicate it was charging properly, but wouldn't turn on. On the 1st block, even if it was red, it turned on as long as it was connected to the network. This wouldn't turn on, but the instructions say to wait for it to charge. The device turned green but didn't turn on when I pressed the power button. I let it charge all night and the next day and it still wouldn't turn on. The third device didn't blush when I plugged it in to charge. It turned on and worked when I hit the power button but because it wasn't charging it eventually ran out of low charge and wouldn't turn on and that was with the device plugged in so it wasn't drawing power directly from the Power outlet. I am so disappointed as its a wonderful little light when it works my 9 month old daughter loves it.
