Bought 2 of these fans for my garden. The fans were pretty easy to install. The remote receiver was a little tight to snap into, but it fits perfectly between the bracket posts, getting all the wires in is a little fiddly. Overall, I consider the ceiling fan installation to be average. They look great and work well. Pros: They appear to be well made. Pretty easy to install if you have at least some skills. .They work exactly as expected Cons: One bulb was broken.

I've never installed a fan so it took a while. The receiver confused me at first and I think the instructions for that part should be written down. You want to place the receiver in the mount.
