I like that it's simple for my team members because they have all of their data in one place instead having two different tools (time tracker & billing).
It would be nice if there was more customisation so your information can stand out from everyone else but this will come with additional costs - which isn't great when you're just trying start up! Have an easy-to use interface without too much clutter or unnecessary features included at no extra cost; helps keep our admin teams efficient as well ensuring we don’t miss any invoices/timesheet entries etc., saving us money by not needing multiple systems plus saves them being able manually enter timesheets into separate apps where sometimes things are written wrong e..g hours aren' t entered correctly leading me going back through each entry looking over every detail again making sure everything.
