Easy installation. Average performance. high price.

I added this to the RO-HI system (5 filters). It was very easy to install. It didn't raise the pH as much as I expected. This raised the pH from around 5 to 6. I was expecting it to be closer to 7. Given that this filter needs to be replaced every 6 months I think the cost is a bit high. $25-30 will be just right.
