The ability for me as owner of this business (and my staff) is that I can see all our information in one place from booking through payment processing so there are no blind spots or errors at any point along the process! It's also very easy for us to update ourselves about changes coming down the road without having to contact each other individually - it just happens automatically when something new goes into effect. There isn't anything bad here but if anyone has suggestions please let them know because sometimes things change out-of-the blue like dates/times etc., especially during busy seasons. We've been able to keep up with everything thanks to inn style; however, some features do require additional training such as making reports available via email instead of PDFs only being viewable within innstyle itself. This helps ensure everyone involved gets their own copy since not every person who needs access will be familiar enough with how to navigate using pdf files alone.
