I've only had this product for two days so it's not a matter of whether it works or not. it's about the application. To update. Give the product 1 star now. No change to my lashes except 1/8 inch of the top lash of my right eye fell out! Now I have a gap in the middle of my eye. The delivery system still frustrates me. Bubbles on the lid. Terrible product, will never buy again. I've used cheaper products with great results. I throw this one away! I can't tell if the product is in a tube but the worst part is that it's an applicator pen and brush. there is never any product on the brush, but there are small globules of liquid on the pen. I run my wand over the tube so the drops fall onto the brush. Then an even amount never runs over the lid to the eyelashes. I hope this works because it's too much work to put it on. The previous brands I have used can be done in seconds but not with this product. Let's see how it works.
