Inclusions of finished material on the spoon

The set is poorly packaged (in a cardboard box with cutlery in individual plastic bags). There was a kind of pop on the tip of one of the spoons. I thought it was glue but it wouldn't come off and turned out to be silver which didn't stick to the metal. There were faint stains on the back. Sent it back for a replacement. Looks good, not heavy and not that durable.
