This is not a real PL-259. The barrel is too long so it cannot connect to the SO-239 properly. For example, when assembling the cable, they forgot to put the necessary gasket, or they did not start the thread in the sleeve with sufficient length. Therefore, it is not possible to fully insert the connector. It stops spinning, but the cable spins freely. In any case, it's no surprise that people are getting high SWR with this cable. Garbage. It's not worth going back, but be aware that you can lose your money too.
