Review on 🌬️ Lasko W09560 Bluetooth-Enabled Twin 9-Inch Window Fan for Bedroom Indoor Home Use, White - Intake & Exhaust Motors with Thermostat and Timer by Clint Blackman

My Honeywell window fan has expired after 10 years of reliable service (the plastic fan blades have literally crumbled). Unfortunately since then it seems like every window fan manufacturer is looking for ways to save money on basic functions. I bought the Lasko thinking it was full featured and hoping it would be more reliable than the cheaper ones. When I got the fan I plugged it in and found it was DOA. There is no reaction to any of the buttons. I used my wired tester to see if power was coming to the control panel but nothing. Sent back and received a second fan. It worked for about 3-5 minutes, just long enough to be detected via the bluetooth app, and then died completely too. This time I contacted Lasko support. To her credit, a new one was delivered within a week. Fan number 3 has been running for several nights with no problems. crossed fingers I suspect there are some defects that Lasko is aware of, perhaps even a number of faulty ones that are on store shelves and have not been recalled. Aside from the complete death of the fan, it's looking good enough. The controls are easy to use and you can run the fan continuously without using the thermostat. The application is also easy to use, although it looks like it was developed by someone who just learned Visual Basic.
