Delivery was quick and well packaged. Replacing windshield wiper blades can always be a bit tricky. I almost sent mine back until I read the instructions on the listing page. I had to replace the original inserts and it wasn't that hard. I took my 2012 Outback for a ride in the rain and they worked great. No noise and very quiet. I can't comment on the durability of the blades, but I expect they will last at least a couple of seasons. I'm a lucky tourist.
