Looks good but 25% were unusable.

These received and 4 out of 16 bristles were fully bonded due to the transparent packaging they come in. 25% of the brushes are unusable. I need the brushes for a project today so I can't return them all and have to wait for a replacement. Eating 25% of the product sucks.
