Excellent silicone molds for freezing broth and sauces

Store-bought silicone molds for freezing broth and sauces. They work great. The food contained in it freezes quickly and is easy to release. I can freeze broth and gravy in a pan, lay out after freezing, and store in a ziplock bag. I make batches of bone broth that I often freeze in quart containers, but needed large cubes so I could scoop them out. from the freezer when I just needed some cooking broth. Large cubes are excellent for this purpose. I use small cubes when making pan-frozen dishes, like chicken with garlic (similar to Bird's-Eye Voila) or beef and broccoli (similar to PF Chang's pan-frozen dishes). I freeze the sauce in tiny cubed portions that melt easily when the food is reheated in the pan. If you just freeze food with sauce added, it becomes one large frozen mass of food that doesn't heat up evenly. I just dice the alfredo or wok sauce into small cubes, freeze them, and then put them in a large ziplock bag with instant frozen beef and frozen broccoli. If I want to use food, I can just put everything in a large saucepan with a lid, add some water and heat slowly. The same goes for garlic chicken: freeze the sauce, quick freeze cooked pasta, cooked chicken, sliced carrots, add frozen broccoli and you've got a freeze pan meal ready. These dice are perfect for that. I liked that I could get a small dice tray and a large tray. I will be buying a second set so I can make larger batches.
