I like how it's easy for customers/shipper companies who are not familiar with this software, or don't have experience using such systems can use these products without having an extensive background knowledge about them! The customer service team has been great at helping me troubleshoot any issues we've had as well - they're always quick & efficient when responding via email / phone call if needed (sometimes you need immediate help!). There aren’t many downsides other than sometimes there may be delays getting new releases out but usually only by 1 week max which isn's no big deal considering all support contracts come wth updates included anyway so nothing lost here either way :) We utilize u route because our shipping department works closely together across multiple states within Canada where most freight shipments go through one central hub location before being transported throughout.
