Great Software For Freight Tracking And Management

I like how it's easy for customers/shipper companies who are not familiar with this software, or don't have experience using such systems can use these products without having an extensive background knowledge about them! The customer service team has been great at helping me troubleshoot any issues we've had as well - they're always quick & efficient when responding via email / phone call if needed (sometimes you need immediate help!).   • I love how easy it is for our team to use this software! There is no need to call for support when you need it, everything is available online we have very little downtime the system is very easy to use and not very complicated when it comes to tracking shipments

  • Sometimes with new updates
