Exactly as advertised!

Great product and price! I use it for early morning and late evening dog walks (I turn on the white light and the reflectors glow with it, making it more visible than a flashlight). We use a red flashing setting for kids when they are at the bus stop before sunrise. Reminds passing cars to slow down and bus driver says he sees kids! I'm sure they would also be great for a roadside emergency.
