This was actually recommended to me by my dentist. He said he could sell them to me but asked me to go to Amazon and save some money. What I liked to do! This product needs to be applied 1-2 hours at a time. I've been doing this for 1 hour and in just a few uses it's had noticeable differences in teeth whitening. I did this on vacation and ran out of time but the difference is so noticeable. I can't imagine 2 hours for 5 consecutive days! Wow. And your gums won't become overly sensitive. I've noticed that I salivate a lot when wearing them, so I just used a drool bowl! Problem solved!
