Review on SmartDocs Bot Platform by George Scoles

The bot is really good at responding back with information as soon as we type it out! It's easy for our customers to use so they aren't left hanging when trying to get answers from us about their order status etc - which can be frustrating if you're waiting hours or even days for an answer!! This isn´t something I dislike per se but more because there are some other bots available (such as Amazon) who have better functionality than this one (and don't require my customer support team to train them!).

We started using the chatbot after having great success over email and phone call responses.
