Product itself was nice, not cheap and as described I was unable to use it however as it did NOT fit my 2016 Honda Fit. But I'm giving 5 stars because I couldn't use the product through no fault of my own but because Honda decided to be unconventional and made my derailleur square instead of round. This will most likely not fit the newer Honda Fits (e.g. 2011-2017 and newer that use a new automatic shifter that separates and pulls out on a square shaft. I am keeping the product and not returning it because my brother is a mechanic and can use it on one of his old cars.
