There are no protrusions on the strap pins so once you put it on you can't take it off! I usually change all the straps myself, but for this strap I had to go to SEVERAL watch shops to try and remove the strap, many of them said they didn't have the equipment to remove it because almost all the watch pins need to be serrated, but this one is not. In the end I finally found someone who can but had to break the strap to take it off leaving 2 scratches in the process. And no, it was definitely not because he was inexperienced, in fact he was one of the most experienced I've ever seen.
