We used to get all our data from Excel sheets, now we can keep everything in one place with their system, it's also so much easier than trying to use an excel spreadsheet to fill out all the forms that companies ask us to provide. The interface is very complicated when comparing to Excel, maybe they need to build more features into the program before going live, but I am happy with the overall service offered by this product. Easy access to our information for booking and keeping organized. The ability to see what reservations are pending, if they have been cancelled or if they are still booked. It was very easy to set up and use as I'm new to this area of work. I haven't found anything yet that I dislike about it. When I book a room online, I can see my total with any possible discounts in one place at once. I also like being able to contact someone via chat if I am unsure how to do something.
