Great Product for Employee Management and Time Tracking

I love that it is easy to use with all of our devices (phones/tablets).

The software has been updated frequently so there are always new features added in which makes this an even better tool! It can be used as more than just employee scheduling - you could also have them input data into any other program such as Salesforce or HubSpot CRM's using Zapier integration-so really useful once connected!! You don't need much training when learning how to operate because everything works intuitively but if needed we provide support via phone & email at no additional cost after purchase through their help center page available online.- Scheduling process would benefit from adding time tracking functionality within each shift instead of having employees log times separately by task etc., however overall great product though still being improved upon by updates made since launch date about 3.

  • Simple to navigate, intuitive for employees, very easy to train and learn, easy to connect to other programs like Salesforce and Hubspot CRM's, easy to maintain and update
Cons
  • At the moment it is not as robust at tracking time as it should be
