NO REMOTE, NO INSTRUCTIONS, NO CABLE (15 VOLT) I know where these products were made, I am authorized to know where these products were made, spend my hard earned money AND I DONT CARE WHAT THE NAME IS BEHIND IT. I try to buy quality American-made products so I don't encounter such problems. Now I have this product in my living room, made in China, without power cord, user manual and remote control. You have to find out everything. I hate this kind of products out of passion. I am preparing to return. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THIS SOUNDS BECAUSE I HAVE TO GO OUT TO BUY A FORK.
