After 3 years of almost daily use they are still in excellent condition. The photochromic glass lenses have no scratches and get darker and lighter as expected. I've had more traditional sunglasses with polycarbonate lenses in the past and no matter what brand or how careful I was with them, after a few days they scratched and after a few weeks my vision became blurry. too many scratches The fit has not changed. Maybe it's the quality of the frame and the spring-loaded hinges. The arms are still symmetrical. If I open the temples and place the glasses on a flat surface, the temple tips are level. The fit at the ears and temples is even on both sides and when I tilt my head down, the glasses don't slip off. I mention this because any bumps will bother me greatly. I'm usually careful with my stuff, but a few days ago I dropped my glasses on the concrete floor. Luckily there was no broken glass or other damage, but an incident prompted me to write this review. I've worn glasses for hours with an on-ear aviation headset and properly fitted ear cups, it's a very comfortable combination. Of course, it all depends on the shape and size of the head. Mine comes with a hard clamshell case, which I always use when carrying glasses in a backpack or briefcase. Transport without a hard-shell case ultimately leads to damage. The only maintenance I do is wash my glasses with soap and water every day or so. I use paper towels to dry them. Paper doesn't scratch lenses (unless preceded by "sand"). If you are involved in activities that require better eye protection from impact, such as B. sport shooting, properly rated polycarbonate lenses are the best choice. But for everyday use I prefer them.
