For those who have a Samsung 4K TV and are wondering whether it is worth buying this accessory, think not further! This nifty little device is as simple as it gets without any hassles. Just remember to connect your device to your hard drive's USB port and select "UHD Video Pack" as the source on SmartHub. It is really that easy. Contrary to what I've read in other reviews here, the content is absolutely 100% 4K UHD; NOT just upscaling. We have a 2016 70" Samsung 4K UHD TV (UN70KU6300) and those who have complained about the quality (UHD DVD etc.) don't seem to have connected their set to the USB port on the hard drive. If so, it is it's pretty clear that every title preinstalled on this external drive is actually UHD.Others have mentioned that they will never pay for this accessory as it came with the purchase of some Samsung 4K UHD TVs.This could very well have been the case in 2014 , when the price of a 4K UHD TV was much higher than it is now! TV in 2016 along with the $38 paid for that UHD video package every day considering the difference in price and technology then and now .However, the user manual that came with the device says that it is only compatible with Samsung UHD TVs from 2014, which is obviously not the case.For us it works perfectly.Considering not not only the ability to add internal UHD storage but also the titles and the quality of the titles that come with this unit, I would recommend this UHD video pack to anyone who owns a Samsung UHD TV. We are more than happy with this purchase and I hope this helps anyone who is thinking about getting one of these while it's still available.
