I call it my "poor man's inch/pound gun wrench". I needed an inch/pound torque wrench to work with my gun (mounting the scope, assembling the breech to the stock, etc.) but being retired I didn't have a lot of money to spend. All torque screwdrivers made specifically for firearms were very expensive so I decided to try this very economical wrench and was very pleased. Gently bend the metal beam sideways until it is perfectly aligned. After use I just put it away to protect it and it hasn't moved since. I attach a ¼-inch socket to the wrench and put bits in as needed. I understand that this tool is intended for mechanics and I am sure that it is not as convenient to use with a gun as a screwdriver handle. would, but it fits my budget and seems to work well. And as far as I can tell, it's just as accurate as the more expensive instruments.
