Garbage. I used it on my 14 month old hair whose hair is as thin as can be. I didn't want to pull her hair too hard so I only tied the elastic 3 times so she was still a little loose. Don't you know, I put her on the bed, put away the comb and brush, came back and all the 4 ponytails I had just done, ripped all the rubber bands. I had to redo them all on an already cranky baby. Garbage. Would give zero stars if I could.
