I like that it allows you to set rules for traffic flow, as well as prioritize certain applications over others in order of importance (i.e., VoIP vs email).

It's easy enought to use without needing any training or help from an expert - just plug in your settings via GUI/CLI interface with all necessary parameters filled out correctly! If there was one thing about this software which could be improved upon its ability to scale when more users are added into their system; however they do have some good features such as being able to see what ports each user has open at once by clicking "show port list". This helps identify if someone else may potentially try accessing something through our firewall while we're not around so we can react accordingly quickly before anyone gets access denied errors due to lack of permission etc.. We've been using packet shapers quite effectively since implementing them back during Black Friday.
