I have a very small mouth and I can't reach the back of the floss with my fingers. My dental hygienist kept telling me that this is the area where I have the most plaque. I just wouldn't become a thread for that. Then I bought a few of these and use them EVERY DAY! This is ideal for penetrating all areas of the teeth from back to front, top and bottom. I can say that I don't have the plaque like I used to. I soak it in a container of mouthwash along with my toothbrush to disinfect it. I gave them to my family and friends. GOOD PRODUCT!
