Review on HannLinte HiFi Speaker Wire Transparent by Chad Guinn

I have an old set of Audioquest solid core speaker wires that I think are the best speaker wires for my system. I have a Yamaha Aventage receiver and B&W tower speakers. The system sounded great, but one of the speakers in the tower started to cut out. My suspicion was that there was poor solid wire contact in the banana plug. I bought 2 sets of Hannlinte speaker cables as the speakers have two channels. Basically, I was looking for a better connection with the already installed banana plugs on the new speaker cable. To my surprise, not only did I get a better connection as my speaker was no longer muted, but the sound improvement was clearly noticeable. The sound is brighter, clearer and more powerful, especially at low volumes. I wasn't expecting any sound improvement, but I'm glad it's there. To make sure it's not a placebo effect; I moved the solid wires to another sound system and actually lost some of the clarity and vibrancy. My guess is that the solid wire gauge was too small, in addition to bad contacts in the banana plugs. Hannlinte wires are a bit more expensive but they are well built; correctly color coded and greatly improved my system.
