Worked great on my 2006 Cobalt, no more P0442 trouble code -
This fits great without the need for the extra wiring harness that Delco brand AD's or other aftermarket products require. I was getting P0442 trouble codes that popped up immediately when the code was reset, indicating a small emissions leak. I started troubleshooting this issue and after replacing the gas cap with no change, I tried replacing the vent solenoid. I have made many machine tool leak detectors and I know that leaks are everywhere. It just made sense to try after the gas cap. It worked like a charm and the error didn't come back. Very happy with this product. Thank you Dorman!
