Easy to use, all the information you need is available at once, great customer support. Nothing really. I think they are doing great work. Their team is very responsive and their product always improving. So far so good. Have not encountered any problems with them as of yet. As it's relatively new in the market, the experience could be better but nothing too serious that I can say. This is a good product for a traveler who likes to have all the info before booking. It helps you find the perfect package for your needs.
