Continuous, hygienic fermentation data

Advantages: Easy detection of start and end of fermentation without sampling. Almost continuous information. The Google Sheet hosted site is already set up and easy to use. Cons: Requires a dedicated smart device in "always-on" mode for continuous readings. Bluetooth range is very short - the smart device needs to be almost inside the fermenter to take readings. - Point calibration for accurate readings. Gravity readings are triggered by the starting field, Krausen, fermenter walls, CO2 rising, etc.) as fermentation begins. lets the nation down. What I noticed with this device was that the end of fermentation seemed to be taking longer than I could read from the hydrometers, and this prompted me to want to extend the fermentation a few days more than before. Improvements The device can use Wi-Fi instead of Bluetooth and optionally connect to the PC application. Then no smart device (which is a screen!) would have to be wasted. In the attached material, mention the sensitivity to PBW (mine was in PBW for 2 days before I read on the website that it could be harmful.), the Krausen effect and the many point calibrations necessary. Or just add a link to your website and remove the "quick start" implying that the device is ready to use. controller), so charging $130 for a device is absurd.
