Decent- but they SNAP after a few months of use-

I only use the 2 lighter ones- the RED and BLACK - the RED one snapped 1st - after maybe 40-50 uses- so they are NOT DURABLE- the black one just snapped as well when I was only doing "pull aparts"so I wasn't even using them improperly or with any weights- SMHthe thicker ones I don't even have a use for-

Great product. Shipped quickly and is better than advertised. Comes with 4 strengths, so you can set up stations in different corners and hit hundreds of different exercises. Comes with a small carry bag. For the money, you get 4 straps, so its well worth it over buying 4 individuals, which will cost around $90. Perfect for travelers too, since they can easily fit inside a suitcase. The only limit to these is your imagination.Highly recommend.
