THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT! let me explain. It's easy to use and works great. However, I had to give three stars because the management is a nightmare and there is no number to call; So there is no customer service. Here's the thing, it's a little confusing at first but after watching YouTube videos through trial and error I figured it out. How it works: This device is easy to use, simple and has two tracking methods. One option is to call the GPS and then hang up the voicemail. GPS messages will then send you a map with location and coordinates. Or the easiest way is to download the tkstar app. Enter your device information to sign in. There you can open the map to check the location at any time. You can also set up speed alerts or set up fences for the areas you want to be alerted and more. How to set it up: You need a 2G GSM SIM card to operate this device. As soon as you insert the SIM card, it will turn on automatically. When it's not moving, it's in sleep mode. I searched every store I could think of for a 2G GSM SIM card. In short, I did not find it. Most SIM cards aren't GSM, and if they are, you'd better believe it's 4G. I bought a Speedtalk prepaid card and it works fine. The manual contains your password, the serial number is on gps and the server is tkstar.net. Connect this to the app after inserting the SIM card and you're done. Things I forgot to mention: The app also tells you the battery life so you know when to charge. The application shows all kinds of information when you log in and allows you to personalize everything. If you use text, you need to set the main number and learn the text commands. Hope that helps. The instruction manual sucks and without a phone number it's frustrating but I'm glad I learned everything because it's so easy to use.
