A very useful product.
Once you develop a system to slip the collar ring onto the neck of the clip, it all becomes child's play. I inserted the cord, pushed the collar into place, then placed the clip (hook) between the two metal blocks, and then tapped the collar ring around the neck with a hammer. A very useful product.
